Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for any device purchase, if you pick it up at our McKinney, Texas location once ready for pickup. Pickups are available Monday-Friday upon appointment only.
If In-store pickup is selected at checkout, we will send you an email once your order is ready.

Ground Shipping
We offer shipping at the following rates:

UPS Ground Shipping – 2lb package = $12

Free DFW Couriour Service(*only applies to deliveries within DFW)

*All times and dates given for delivery of products are given in good faith of estimates only. We cannot control manufacture delivery times or acts of weather. We make every attempt to deliver within our guidelines.

Do You Delivery Internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible. Then we will advise you of a revised estimate of delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at brivaalarm.com . If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 10 business days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase attached.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.
